Daily Housekeeper | Belgravia London

An UHNW Lady is looking for a calm, intelligent, experienced Housekeeper who would be confident carrying out housekeeping duties to a high standard in large town house.  We are looking for someone who has had a minimum of 3-years’ housekeeping experience, has a flexible attitude and works well in a team environment.

Our client is looking for a formally-styled, detail-orientated, live-out daily housekeeper, to work in their London townhouse which is located equal distance from Sloane Square and Victoria Railway Station

In essence the role can be summarised as follows:

• Job based in central London,
• Working Monday to Friday with some weekends during busy periods
• Working alongside an existing housekeeper
• Other staff are brought in (Chef/Gardeners/Drivers/Butler etc) as required
• Candidates must be very good housekeepers / the house is maintained to extremely high standards
• Candidates must be happy/confident to serve at table (breakfast, lunch and dinner – training will be provided).
• For 6-months of the year, the housekeeper roster requires 30 hours per week, for the other 6 months that the family are in the UK, they spend 3 to 4 nights a week in London, requiring the housekeeper to work longer hours. Rarely there might be the need to work up-to 75 hours per week over six days (however, extra hours worked are always taken in lieu, so the housekeeper will average 48 hours per week over the year)
• Pay £38K + 2 annual bonuses given in January and June (and salary increases given annually).

The Principal spends about half the year in the UK and the rest of the time in America. When in the UK, she lives between London and her country estate near Windsor.

Making 4 visits the the UK each year, they are generally made in Spring, early Summer, early Autumn and for Christmas.
