We have a new opening for an experienced Estate Manager for a Private Property in Cairo, Egypt. The role requires a qualified and skilled candidate who will control, maintain, and streamline the Interior Department (Housekeeping & Service) activities with a view to ensure and promote the highest level of service is always maintained. House Manager responsibilities cover the Main Property & a couple of other premises in Egypt.
The ideal applicant should be service-oriented, meticulous, discreet, extremely well presented, professional, aware of Household protocol, accustomed to working in a formal environment, with proven longevity & credible work experience in high profile private residence.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Overall Management & upkeep of the Main Property & other premises in Egypt.
- Plan, Monitor, & Supervise Housekeeping & Service Staff
- F&B management including provisioning, liaising with F&B outlets, & inventory management.
- Events Management.
- Record keeping/inventories.
- Maintaining House accounts.
- Attending traditional Butler duties.
- High level co-ordination skills, well organized, & with high attention to detail.
- High leadership skills, team player, positive attitude, works well under pressure, enjoys work related tasks, outgoing, & sociable.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safety and hygiene practices and regulations.
- Resolve any problems which may arise, while maintaining good relationships and demonstrating outstanding hospitality.
SALARY
Circa €5,000 to €6,000 net per month

Roles and Responsibilities
Housekeeping Duties:
Butler & Service Duties:
- Very high-end service experience (No exceptions).
- Attend Formal Service & Train service staff.
- Provide a courteous, attentive, and consistent service by responding promptly and efficiently to any requests or complaints.
- Flower arrangements & decorative tasks.
- Personal Assistant duties and diary management.
- Overseeing Wardrobe maintenance, packing, and unpacking.
- Care of F&B.
Accommodation
- Separate accommodation is provided, located within the estate
Also included are the following:

- One Flight home paid for per annum

Eligibility
Education, Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a management position of an individual home or whole property portfolio with proven track record of achievements in similar roles.
- University degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and an excellent command of English language.
- Technology proficient.
- Butler trained and/or Hospitality background are a big bonus.
- Personal reputation as an individual of high ethical standards - self-awareness and self-control are must.
