The Company. The Company is the private and personal operations arm of the Chairman’s private organisation and includes a mandate for overseeing all residential and property affairs, providing medical and security support, maintaining / promoting government relations, supporting the philanthropic initiatives of the Chairman, and arranging / coordinating all travel planning / logistics within the Middle East and abroad. Job Purpose. The Office Administration Manager will be responsible for co-developing, implementing, and managing an interdepartmental workflow system to streamline the daily operations and administration of a family office. They will oversee and coordinate administrative and operational tasks for a dynamic and diverse team, ensuring efficient daily operations, supply chain management, and providing administrative support across support services, travel logistics, and visa management. In addition, the manager will handle a wide variety of ad-hoc projects that serve the wider interests of the office and family. Key to this role is delivering responsibilities with the highest standards and efficiency, maintaining a high level of organisation, discretion, and confidentiality.
