Roles and Responsibilities

Day to Day Tasks

• Travelling with Principal to attend to personal and business requirements
• Management of Principal’s wardrobe in liaison with personal tailor
• Packing and unpacking for Principal’s travel
• Ironing, refreshing and hanging garments on arrival at destinations
• Pre-dinner drink service at destinations
• Liaison with catering in hotels to set up lunches and dinners in suite
• Ensuring preferred products and brands on hand for travel and at estinations including pre-ordering in hotels
• Inventory of Principal’s wardrobe in all locations

Admin, Logistics and Miscellaneous Tasks

• Liaison with EA regarding Principal’s movements
• Liaison with Boat Captain and Estate Manager regarding usage and support requirements for boat
• Liaison with family office re financial requirements
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT, electronic and security systems.
• Liaison with providers of IT and electronic systems for quick recovery of system failures.

Accommodation

Self-Contained Accommodation at home base 

Generally: Own room while travelling (private residence / yacht / hotel etc)

• Excellent organization and people management skills
• Outstanding eye for detail and fastidious attention to detail
• Valeting experience including minor repairs
• Ability to work resourcefully and on own initiative
• Flexibility and adaptability to the requirements of the role
• Proficient computer skills
• Absolute confidentiality and discretion
• Professional personal presentation
• Mature, friendly and confident disposition
• Ability to maintain professional demeanour without stiffness or formality
